Main Street Kitchens' design/build program is a start-to-finish process in which we ask multiple questions to assess our clients' needs, draw up the required plan sets, obtain engineering, and permits, order all relevant materials, co-ordinate the orders with the construction schedule, and construct your project.
It breaks down to the following:
Our clients work with the designers at the design stage, and the project manager during construction. That's it. No missed communication between third parties, no confusion.
A mid-term preliminary keeps the investment range in check:
Our references will vouch for us: we stay within budget. Our mid-stage proposal calculates the "wish list" to keep us all on track.
All materials are finalized:
Our detailed scope of work ranges between 8-15 pages for a typical non-structural remodel, and more than 40 pages for an entire home remodel.
Details are worked through:
Our team has a good eye for a myriad of details, such as designing ceiling crown mold to tie in with cabinetry crown, or changing a door swing so the adjacent doors won't collide ~ details you shouldn't have to worry about both before and after the project starts.
